OLIVIA DAILY
Olivia focuses her practice on civil litigation, employment law, contract litigation, and commercial disputes. Olivia has represented individuals and corporate clients through all stages of litigation, including initial investigation, mediation or alternative dispute resolution, administrative proceedings, dispositive motion practice, and trial. She understands the importance of effective, efficient advocacy in achieving the goals of her clients, and tailors her litigation strategy to the needs of the client to achieve the goals of her clients in a cost-effective way. Olivia also has experience drafting real estate and asset purchase agreements, and looks forward to growing her transactional practice at JBJ Legal.
Olivia looks forward to using her skills to serve the needs of the Indianapolis community, and to working with her JBJ clientele to resolve their legal issues in a compassionate, cost-effective way.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Olivia graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she was the Notes Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. She was also the President of the Women’s Law Caucus and the Vice President of the International Law Society. Olivia participated in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition, where she was awarded Oral Advocacy Honors.
During her IL summer break, she interned at Reminger, P.C., where she gained experience propounding and responding to discovery, preparing Medical Review Panel Submissions, and conducting legal research. Olivia also interned at the Morgan County Prosecutor’s Office, where she gained bench and jury trial experience, as well as experience conducting legal research on complex legal issues and defending depositions.
After graduating from Maurer School of Law, Olivia worked for two civil defense firms and represented a wide variety of clients, from closely-held small businesses to large healthcare institutions.
